  • Each model follows its own specific path:
    T100/T103 : “UP” key -> Contact list -> Emergency options -> Emergency key -> Enable/Disable
    • T108 : Menu -> Settings -> Emergency call settings -> Enabling/Disabling
    • T105 : Automatic disabling in the absence of emergency numbers stored in the memory

This icon signals the arrival of a new text message.
The icon automatically disappears as soon as the text message is read.
With reference to the T108 model, when the mobile phone is closed, the icon also appears on its external display.


  • The keypad lock prevents the keys from being pressed accidentally, for example, when the mobile phone is in a bag or pocket.
    Each model has its own specific keypad lock method:
    Models T100/T103 have a unique slide key situated on the side of the mobile phone.
    • W301X and T105 use a combination of keys
    • SL201 uses both a combination of keys and by using the slide key
    • T108 does not have a keypad lock key, because when the mobile phone is closed, all the keys are automatically locked.

  • It is possible to adjust the volume of the loudspeakers only when a call is in progress:
    T100 / T103 / T105 / T108 : Selection keys on the side of the telephone
    • W301X / SL201 : “UP” and “DOWN” Selection keys

A PIN code is a combination of numbers with the aim of preventing other people from using your telephone number. The PIN code is assigned by your telephone service provider when you purchase your SIM card. In order to unlock your mobile phone, in case you have entered an incorrect PIN code three consecutive times, you have to enter the PUK code. Also, this code is provided by your telephone service provider when you purchase your SIM card. In the event that you have lost the documents stating the PIN and PUK codes, contact your telephone service provider.
Emergency calls are not part of telephone assistance services but rather they are traditional emergency service numbers


  • Following a short period of inactivity, the telephone automatically switches off the display and it locks the keypad. This occurs in order to safe battery life; in order to turn the phone on again, you need to unlock the phone keypad as previously specified depending on your Easyteck mobile phone model.

  • The Bluetooth function makes it possible to transmit data and information between two electronic terminals such as mobile phones. Therefore, it is possible to connect with other Bluetooth devices in order to establish an audio connection (headset, loudspeaker or Bluetooth loudspeaker).
    With some models, it is also possible to use this means of data transmission so as to send or receive multimedia data (Contacts, photos, …)

  • The emergency call button is situated on the back of the mobile phones and it is used to promptly call the emergency numbers previously stored in the appropriate section. If this button is accidentally pressed, the call can be blocked by pressing the red button.

  • All Easyteck devices use the “GSM 900/1800” Dual Band system, which is compatible with most foreign countries. Before going on a journey, make sure that the country in question has a GSM network using compatible frequencies.
    Make sure that the services offered by your telephone service provider do not interfere with the regular operation of the mobile phone.

  • This is caused by reception problems. Your SIM card may be damaged or blocked, or perhaps there is no network coverage. Please contact your telephone service provider.
